Following a fantastic year of growth, Litmos Heroes are delighted to announce that Danielle Kennedy, Customer Delight Manager, has secured gold against strong competition in the new Rising Star category of the Learning Awards. These awards are hosted by the Learning and Performance Institute and seek to recognise outstanding examples of high standards, best practice, innovation and excellence in Learning and Development.
Keeping customers at the heart of success
Danielle Kennedy is the Customer Delight Hero at Litmos Heroes and has been an integral member of the Litmos Heroes business. After joining in August 2016, Danni’s impact on their customer experience has been both impressive and measurable. She has developed, grown and matured the entire Customer Delight function from the ground up (growing the team from 0 to 6 in just 12 months), has introduced consistent account management and has ensured continuous touchpoints with customers throughout their Litmos Heroes relationship.

From a grassroots background in L&D, Danni’s role saw her transition from practitioner to consultant. She now advises Heads of L&D on how to deliver their own elearning programmes; an approach that goes way beyond her remit. She’s passionate, her energy is contagious and she is dedicated to helping every day be better than the last. Her commitment to continuous improvement both professionally and personally has led to many successes within the Litmos Heroes business.
